Dylan Stefansky wasn't sure he'd survive cancer, but now he's in remission. And although that should be cause for a major celebration, it seems his mother preferred the perks that came with having a potentially dying child. Feeling a bit lost, Dylan reaches out to his online-gaming friend Arden, who has her own struggles at home, and the two decide to finally meet in person. Already best friends, when the two meet, they can't deny their chemistry. But the fact that Dylan is gay and Arden is transgender gives them pause about acting on their feelings.
