It's no great secret any more. In the 1950, '60s and '70s, our government conducted secret large-scale biological and chemical aerial spraying in programs like "Operation Large Area Coverage," "Operation Dew," and "Project 112." Today, chemtrails and ionospheric heaters like the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project (HAARP) are part of a weather warfare in which Planet Earth becomes a battle space beset by the military doctrine of "full-spectrum dominance."
