Summary:
Americans Alex, Bea and Amy along with Brits Finn and Liam and Australian traveler Pru are together on a cross country bus in Brazil. After a near-fatal crash, all six are thrown together fighting for their survival. Further mishaps occur when the locals deprive them of their belongings & processions. Searching for any sympathetic police, they meet familiar face Kiko. He offers to lead them to sanctuary. Upon reaching their destination, Amy soon vanishes. Only then do they discover that their savior offering shelter is an operator in the black market specializing in running human organs. They find unwilling donors to benefit their misfortune countrymen. In their captor's eyes foreigners are using the Brazilian people and for this explotation, these touristas will come under the Zamora's surgeon's scalpel.
