Summary:
The goal of the Healthy Living Module is to help kids build positive habits and encourage independence and confidence. Topics in this module include hygiene and routines, nutrition and exercise, mindfulness, and environmental awareness. Life Skills Academy is designed to help kids gain the knowledge and mindset to promote both personal and academic development. By working through each module kids will cultivate the necessary social and emotional skills to prepare them for whatever comes next.
