Summary:
Beside their nuptial promises, newlywed society sleuth Lord Peter Wimsey and crime novelist Harriet Vane makes another vow: no more crime in their lives. Fat chance for that when the lovebirds and faithful butler Bunter arrive at the country cottage they've just purchased to find the overly attentive villagers disrupting their solitude, and the previous owner's body in the basement.
