Polymer plates by Max Koch. Papers used include stock from the French Paper Company, Legion Stonehenge, Canson Vidalon Vellum, Jam Paper and Envelope. Laura Cetilia's score was typed on typewriters by friends in BK as were many books bound. Hiromi Kiba's book was die cut by Gailer Stamping and Diecutting in Harrison, NJ, and grommets placed at Steinlauf and Stoller in NYC.
