The special copies, numbered one through ten, are housed in a wooden slipcase and each has a unique thread picture made by Donna Thomas, signed with thread initials, so that no one will think John Mason produced it"--Colophon. Holt Mill Papers was handset in Centaur types, letterpress printed and handbound by Peter and Donna Thomas with the assistance of Izak Bovee.
