With vol. 3, no. 1, the series title appears only at the head of the list of publications inside front cover and is called, Salmon and freshwater fisheries and miscellaneous. The last issue of series 1 to contain the list of publications is v. 4 no. 1 where the series title appears as Freshwater fisheries and miscellaneous.
