This is a book about empathy. Feelings aren't always easy, especially when they are other people's. This book teaches kids (and grownups) how to feel "with" someone, and not just for them. This book teaches kids aged 5-9 to understand the importance of empathy, and how they can apply it to their everyday lives. Teaching about emotions can reduce conflict, miscommunications and misunderstandings, which can be helpful in life.
