Marvin Wineski is a washed-up Vietnam War veteran who gets a second chance at life. He grudgingly participates in the New York City ticker tape parade in honor of Vietnam vets. This one event is the catalyst for all that follows. With the unexpected support of someone from his past, his journey will take him back to Vietnam to find his true purpose.
