A modified, extensive martial arts system, which was developed by Ralf Bartzsch. One characteristic is to fend the attacker off unarmed, just by using your hands and feet. The techniques, which are matched with the rate of progress, are set up so that everyone, women & men, young & old, is able to learn it and, if necessary, knows how to apply it in real life.
