"The text has been set in 18 point Monotype Centaur at The Whittington Press and rearranged by hand at Five Seasons Press, Hereford. The paper is mould made Hahnemühle Ingres. A former Five Seasons proofing press now at the Old Stile Press near Monmouth was used for the handprinting. Vigdis Garbarek has painted the frontispiece [and front board] individually for each copy.
