Summary:
The Pastoral responsibility of the Church in Nigeria is a call and an invitation to practice justice and an attempt to demonstrate that there is a basic theological link between the church's mission and the clarion call to human development; an attempt to show how the church in Nigeria identifies herself with the socio-political realities of the society, that is to say, an attempt to focus attention on man's hopes, aspirations, justice and peace.
