The Fijians and Indo-Fijians have differing views on what is the problem in Fiji, and both are affected by the land issue. However, Saula and Babu's friendship remains unaffected. In both the urban and rural areas, some issues exist with neighbours of different races. But when there are problems, the neighbours are ready to help each other and forget their racial differences. The friendships of characters in the film is tested by trying times and events in the country.
