Public drumming celebrations illustrate drum rhythms, songs and dances for the Orishas as they are played in the religious (vs. tourist) environment. Traditional Lucumí bata drums, Lucumí Bembe Macagua drums, and Palo Mayombe songs accompanied by Aña are featured. Three styles of drumming are demonstrated: Majino (Arara from Perico), Sabalú (Arara from Matanzas), and Macagua (Lucumí from Matanzas).
