Summary:
Two childhood friends take divergent paths: one becomes a cop and the other a violent criminal. Martin Rome a cop killer and jewel thief escapes from prison with his friend, the police detective hot on his trail. Rome's plan is to recover the hidden gems and leave the country before the detectives catch up with him.
