Summary:
Rakesh and his friends have been brought up in an orphanage and are poor. Hari who is Rakesh's friend wants to marry a rich girl Asha. Asha only wants to marry a rich man. To attract Asha, Hari asks his friends to help. Rakesh and his friends put up an act that Hari is a rich man and Asha marries Hari. While Rakesh is fooling Asha he falls for her friend Shalini. Rakesh and Shalini both fall in love. But Shalini does not know that Rakesh is a pauper. Now Shalini's friend Prince arrives from Europe and wants to marry Shalini. Shalini is in love with Rakesh but has to agree to Prince because Prince has helped Shalini's family by lending them a lot of money in the past. Shalini goes with Prince to Europe against her wishes. She is unhappy with Prince yet is forced to agree to his demands. In the meantime Rakesh somehow manages to collect the money to buy a ticket to Europe and to bring Shalini back. When Rakesh arrives in Europe he participates in a bull fight to raise enough money to pay back the money Prince has lent Shalini's family and to take Shalini back to India with him. Rakesh wins the bull fight and is able to fulfil his dream of marrying Shalini and paying off her debts as well as his own. Shalini too is happy and they get married.
