Summary:
Comedy about a professor running for the "Presidency of Europe." His political platform advocates artificial insemination as the way to improving the future of the human race. His views on reproduction are radically altered when he meets a robust peasant girl with a burning desire to have a child. One thing leads to another, and soon the enamored professor proclaims that the old way of love is the best of all.
