Summary:
Murderers' row: Having kidnapped the inventor of a death ray that can incinerate entire cities, Julian Wall (Karl Malden) intends to destroy Washington, D.C., as a warning to all those who oppose him. But he hasn't counted on Matt Helm (Dean Martin), who teams up with the inventor's go-go dancing daughter (Ann-Margaret) to save the world from Wall's wicked scheme. Silencers: Matt Helm (Dean Martin), ICE's greatest secret agent, is in hot pursuit of the nefarious Tung-Tze (Victor Buono), head of the evil Big O organization. Aided by gorgeous klutz Gail Hendrix (Stella Stevens), Helm must stop Operation Fallout, Tung-Tze's dastardly scheme to take over the world by hijacking an American nuclear missile and starting WWIII.
