This book looks at the major aspects of the law of negligence from the perspective of statute (written law) and demonstrates that in recent history much of the law of negligence is a product of, or a reaction to, statute. Some of the areas the book covers include: duty of care; breach (eg, professional negligence); and damages (including for personal injury and for psychiatric injury).
