Summary:
In hip, urban Mission Hill, overqualified, underemployed, 24-year-old Andy French works at a waterbed store and dreams of becoming a cartoonist. Responsibility soon knocks on the door of the loft apartment Andy shares with two fellow slackers in the form of Kevin, Andy's nerdy 17-year-old brother, and his dog, who come to live with Andy.
