"The edition is limited to 300 numbered copies for sale, of which 50 copies are reserved for the Aurora Theatre Company, and 26 lettered copies for complimentary distribution. All copies are signed by the playwright and the artist. The types are Monotype American Garamond and Univers, printed by letterpress on Revere, an Italian mould-made paper. The watercolors by the artist Tom Holland were reproduced by inkjet. The book was designed and produced by Andrew Hoyem with the assistance of Blake Riley, Brian Ferrett, David Johnston, Lewis Mitchell, Sarah Songer, Rochelle Youk, Leif Erlandsson, Rachel Hooper, Lyssa Black, and Diana Ketcham.
