Summary:

Originally released theatrically in 2004.
Ramesh Arvind is an engineer by profession. He buys a palace much against the wishes of his family and friends as the palace is believed to have some history and a ghost of a dancer named Nagavalli is supposedly locked in a room. Curious to find out what exactly is inside the room, Ganga and Soumya unlock the room. After this people start hearing weird noises. Inmates of the palace are attacked and Ramesh himself misses death by one of the attacks. This marks the entry of Vishnuvardhan who is a psychiatrist and also a friend of Ramesh's.
