Summary:
Carl Dixon is a young man who fights for the love of his parents in this impressive drama set in the 60s. Although he is from an extremely patriotic and military-minded family, Carl is fiercely against the Vietnam War. His mother is so busy that she hardly gives him any attention. His father has never forgiven him for the accident to which his older brother, Frank, was left with a lame leg. What Carl's parents don't know is that their son voluntarily reported to the army.
