Summary:
Louis Scorpio is a stockyard worker who takes over a bootlegging crew run by hoodlum Johnny Franks. When Scorpio muscles his way into the big city rackets, he is targeted by the Secret Six, a masked tribunal digging up dirt to convict the mobster and send him to death row.
