Summary:
A Vietnam War veteran returns home to restore his relationship with his estranged brother, a principal shareholder of a California racetrack. Upon arrival, he discovers that his brother has been murdered during a robbery. After being framed for his brother's murder, he looks up his old flame to assist him in solving the robbery and murder. The ex-lovers are now caught in the callous greed of corrupt and vicious shareholders responsible for the cover-up and his brother's murder.
