Summary:
A policeman from Toronto, who speaks English, finds himself partnered with a policeman from Quebec, who speaks French. They are forced to work together on an investigation whose geographic jurisdiction is as mysterious as the motive of the crime. They must resolve their personal differences before they threaten the investigation.
