Summary:
Follow Tubby on his way to the singing city to find a song of his own. Along the way he joins a circus, makes friends with an elephant and ring master and has a wonderful time. When he reaches the singing city, he is amazed and overwhelmed by all there is to see and hear. A beautiful melody trapped by a stern mistress needs rescuing, can Tubby save her and find his own destiny? With some help from his friends and a strange singing bullfrog, he just might.
