15,000 years ago, people crossed frozen northern seas from Asia to the New World. Superb hunters, they migrated south into the Americas, establishing cultures we are only beginning to discover. In this program, the five astounding archeological discoveries that were turning points in the search for ancient Americans are relived. Also demonstrates how new technologies are changing the way archaeologists work.
