Summary:
John Burns is an inmate of the Cicero County Correctional Facility for the Criminally Insane who intercepts a call to his psychiatrist and fraudulently accepts an offer to replace a stressed-out celebrity shrink as a host of a call-in radio show. He successfully escapes from the facility. In three days, the ratings skyrocket and he becomes a hot item.
