Summary:
The era of bootlegging is over. But liquor runner Bugs Ahearn has a plan for what he will do now that Prohibition is over. He decides to mingle with the upper classes. His destination is California's posh, polo-playing Santa Barbara. Class and atmosphere are what Bugs wants. Swindlers, gold diggers and great fun is what he will get.
