Summary:

In this sequel to Hera pheri, Raju, Shyam, Babu Rao, are back to their tricks for making a fortune the crooked way. The greedy trio get caught up in a scam, and in trying to increase their stake, lose their fortune, and have a lot of people pursuing them, including an underworld don, who wants his "investment" back.
