Summary:
The awful truth: A separated couple sabotages each other's love affairs while waiting for their divorce decree to become final. Born yesterday: A crooked businessman hires a journalist to teach his crass but beautiful girlfriend some culture before he introduces her to Washington, D.C. society. His girl Friday: An unscrupulous newspaper editor uses dirty tricks to keep his ace reporter (and ex-wife) from retiring to marrying a mama's boy.
