Genie is stunned when Hugh, the man she has lived with and loved for years, proposes on live television--to another woman, and in a poorly conceived plan for revenge she decides to pretend to everyone that she is the person Hugh called on-screen and becomes caught up in planning a wedding that is never going to happen.
