Summary:
While attempting to return his newborn baby brother Dil to the hospital, Tommy Pickles and the Rugrats commandeer the Reptar Wagon and inadvertently get lost in the forest; the children go along to Paris when Stu Pickles is summoned there to work at the EuroReptarland; the Rugrats take a vacation in the wilderness and meet the Wild Thornberrys.
