Summary:
"Bull" Weed, underworld kingpin, meets a genteel, alchoholic bum during a bank robbery getaway, and ,takes him into his gang as "Rolls Royce." Bull's girl "Feathers" and Rolls find themselves falling for each other, but struggle to remain loyal to Bull, who becomes convinced they've betrayed him.
