Summary:
Charlie Chan is back in San Francisco to solve a triple murder: Judge Armstrong has been stabbed; District Attorney Frank Bronson was shot, and juror Thomas Cartwright is found hanged. However, the only clues at the scene of crimes are the fingerprints of a man who was executed over six months earlier. How could a dead man commit three murders?
