Summary:
Sinister business is afoot at G.O.T.T. Headquarters. The identities of the two masked strangers are revealed to be Eclair and Lumiere. Meanwhile, something has to be done to stop G.O.T.T. Secretary Chevalier d'Aurtriche from unleashing the destructive power of an Atlas-class intergalactic spaceship. Things get worse when Eclair confronts another memory and a new threat is unveiled.
