Renegade Dave Allard is captured by Major James Brionne, brought to justice, and hanged. After the hanging, Allard's family burn Brionne's house, kill his wife, and try to shoot his son. Brionne and his son head West to recover from their loss but the Allards catch up with them in southern Utah, where a bloody battle for retribution takes place.
