Summary:
The relic: A plucky evolutionary biologist joins forces with a tough Chicago cop to unravel the mystery behind the horribly mangled corpses that keep popping up around her museum during an opening night gala. Sure enough, there's a monster to blame, sprung from a strange artifact of South American origin.
Pet sematary two: Jeff and his father move to Ludlow to rebuild their lives after his mother dies. Jeff becomes friends with Drew Gilbert, who lives in fear of his cruel stepfather Gus. After Gus cold-bloodedly shoots Drew's beloved dog, the boys bury the body in the local Indian burial grounds--a place rumored to have powers of resurrection. When evil is awakened, the boys realize that sometimes you should just let dead dogs lie.
