Summary:
Harris Telemacher, a wacky television weatherman, meets a electronic freeway sign which changes his life. First he gets involved with a young and beautiful blond and then he becomes involved in true love with the woman of his dreams. They cannot seem to connect on a relationship, until the sign steps in to help.
