Summary:
When counterintelligence agent Mark Fannon arrives in Tokyo for a routine operation, he uncovers a not-so-routine plot the assassinate the American High Commissioner in Japan. Working with brother agents from Japan to discover the details of the plot and put a stop to it. Fannon finds himself falling for a beautiful airline clerk swept up in the investigation. Fannon learns that danger can come from the least likely places.
