Summary:
Frank Castle is a man who has seen too much death. Undercover and on his final assignment, Frank plays his role perfectly, but the operation gets out of control and a young man named Bobby Saint is inadvertently killed. Howard Saint holds Castle responsible for the death of his son and risks his newfound legitimacy on a wholesale mission of blood-vengeance. Saint and his lieutenants butcher Frank's family during a family reunion and leaves Frank for dead. Taunted by memories of his murdered family, Frank sets out to avenge his family. He becomes judge, jury and executioner.
