Summary:
Dinanath, a department foreman in a textile mill, has big dreams. He takes voluntary retirement and starts a small enterprise with his savings. His success spurs jealousy, envy and resentment in many people including his earlier employer. They resort to underhanded ways to deter Dinanath. But Dinanath is determined to prove himself.
