Summary:
Money is one of the necessities of life. Too much of it and a lack of it are both problems. Chandrakanta one of the wealthiest persons in the city, felt something lacking in his life. He told his son Ravikant, "I am millionaire, but I feel sometimes that I am a pauper". When Ravikant fell in love with Manorama and wanted to marry her, Chandrakant initially was against it. But he relented. When Ravikant also became obsessed with money, leading to quarrel between him and Manorama, and Manorama leaving home. Chandrakant told his son of the blunder he had committed, and the consequences of that blunder. Ravikant listens to his father and rebuilds his marriage. What is the blunder that Chandrakant committed? This family drama provides the answer.
