Summary:
A wounded bank robber, Charlie Blake, hides out with his gang during a snowstorm at the farmhouse of his brother Fred and sister-in-law Elizabeth. As time passes the criminals are anxious to move on but need to rest so Charlie has time to recover. Complicating matters further is Charlie's love for Elizabeth with whom he once had an affair.
