Artist/educator Peggy Flores explains the nature of tissue paper and how it can be used to create beautiful artworks. She demonstrates how to tear or cut the tissue paper in many shapes, place the pieces on a white paper in a pleasing design, brush them with water mxied with white glue, and create still lifes, landscapes, abstract art, and paper stained glass images. Finished examples are also shown.
