Summary:
Rei Ogami is a Code:Breaker--a super-powered assassin working for a secret government organization--who eliminates criminals out of reach of the law. When Rei's classmate Sakura decides to stop him from killing again and another Code:Breaker goes rogue, Rei must choose between a life of good or of evil.
