Summary:
When a female student confronts her rapist and accidentally kills him, her mother helps her bury the dead man, and her father comes up with a complicated alibi based on his encyclopedic knowledge of crime films. The young man happens to have an ambitious politician for a father and a morally corrupt police chief for a mother, and with personal stakes in this crime, the victim's family begins a deadly game to catch their son's killer.
