Summary:
A 55 year-old scriptwriter Vadim, who had become popular during a stagnated period of Soviet history is killed under mysterious circumstances. His close (or only) friend Maxim, a successful businessman in cinematography, doesn't believe that Vadim is a victim of his own investigation. Recollections of distant past and by chance found Vadim's diary lead him to incredible discoveries.
